Use the goddess bath recipe to curate your bath as a guide, but feel free to play around based on your needs and intention.
- Listen to the meditation in the bath
- Feel free to relax before or after the meditation in the bath
- Reading a book, listening to a podcast, or watching your favorite movie can all be ways to enjoy your bath
- After the bath, use the ponder prompts to journal or just free write for at least 5 minutes to integrate the experience

Meet
Nicole Lovince
Nicole Lovince is a multi-hyphenate talent > Actress, Singer/Songwriter, Podcaster , Public Speaker & Certified Theta Healer. She is the creator and curator of The Goddess Bath Experience.
She helps women from diverse backgrounds create and learn to sustain a ritual self care practice called "The Goddess Bath" an intentional ritualistic bath that will transform you inside and out. Nicole brings her unique gifts of performance, ritual bath experience, and intuitive healing methods to curate The Goddess Bath Experience.
The Goddess Bath Experience also curates monthly events, group coaching programs and goddess bath subscription boxes that include the products and a process that leads women to experience inner transformation. Nicole was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and currently resides in Los Angeles, CA
She songwrites, produces, and performs original music under the name “Free The Unicorn” in the alternative metal pop r&b genre. She has roles in such films and tv shows as Pitch Perfect and Dear White People. Sharing the big screen with stars such as Anna Kendrick, Rebel Wilson, Monique, and Brendan Fraser.
Nicole has performed live in front of a collective audience upwards of 30,000 people. She has an extensive background in on camera acting, live stage performance, and content creation. She uses her social media to share her intuitive insights and experience through art, entertainment and the power of manifestation.

"Finally got around to giving myself a proper goddess bath. Although the bath tub ain't mine I'm borrowing it from my parents for the night. Had to improvise with ingredients, so I just used what I had on hand. Chamomile tea bags, oranges, rose petals and Epsom salt. I gotta say
this worked like magic. I went in feeling like I had ricks in my intestines due to my ibs. I left the
bath feeling like the air had been let out of a balloon. I also found it very powerful to route my hand anti clock wise around each chakra and pouring water over."
